RETURN POLICY – STORE CREDIT ONLY At HeARTe, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, we offer a return policy for store credit under the following conditions: Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and receipts. Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

Store Credit: All eligible returns will be processed for store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Store credit will be issued in the form of a store credit account and can be applied to future purchases. Store credit does not expire and can be used both online and in-store.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Phicasso8@gmail.com or visit us in-store. Provide proof of purchase and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item by mail, you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. We appreciate your understanding of our store credit policy and look forward to serving you again soon!
